Here’s everything you need to know about ordering with us during the Canada Post shake-up, plus a little guidance on choosing the best shipping option.
What This Means for Your Order
Simply put, if you use a PO box as your shipping address, Canada Post might usually be your go-to carrier. But with the strike affecting those deliveries, PO boxes are temporarily off the table for now. The good news? We’re fully equipped to deliver your order through other reliable carriers that offer convenient pickup spots near you or even doorstep options (depending on where you live). So, while Canada Post takes a break, let’s walk through the step by step process for ensuring that you get your package:

Step 1: Add Products to Cart
Find your desired products that you would like to order on our website, and add them to your cart.
Step 2: Checkout
Next, go to the Checkout page. Once there, you will see the order form where you enter in your billing/shipping details.
If you are shipping your product directly to an address like your home, fill in your information like normal. Select one of the other shipping carrier options, such as FedEx, Purolator, GLS, or UPS and click Place Order just like normal.
IMPORTANT: If you don’t have a home address and are shipping to a PO Box, we are not able to ship to PO Boxes directly. Please follow the instructions for Step 3 below for a solution.

Since Canada Post PO boxes are temporarily out, let’s dive into picking the right pickup spot from our alternative carriers.

Enter Your Pickup Address at Checkout
Once you’ve picked your preferred location, enter it as your shipping address during checkout. Make sure to only have your name filled out and don’t add the actual business name of the pickup location. You will need to bring ID to the pickup location that matches the name on your order.

Finally, give everything a once-over to make sure your chosen location and address are correct. One tiny typo can lead to delivery confusion, so be sure to double-check before hitting that “Place Order” button!
