By participating in the Nico-Team Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Account Creation and Referral Code: Upon creating an account, you will receive access to your Nico-Team affiliate portal. This portal includes your unique referral code and a one-time $25 coupon code. This coupon code can be shared with friends and contacts to assist in making your first sale. Note: There is no limit on how many times you can send out the discount code however, Creating multiple accounts to reuse coupon codes is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.
2. **Dashboard Access**: Your affiliate portal includes a dashboard where you can monitor your sales and progress.
3. Earning Commissions:
Direct Sales:
Each person who clicks on your referral code and creates an account will be considered your referral. You will earn up to 20% of the profit from their sales. Commissions will be credited to your account once the referred customer completes their transaction. By default, commissions are paid in store credit unless you indicate that you prefer cash payouts during your account creation. Cash payouts are made on the 15th of every month.Building Your Nico-Team:
– When one of your referrals creates an affiliate account, this is a direct sign-up. You will earn 12% of the profit from all their sales, while they will earn 20% from their direct sales.– If your referral signs up another ambassador under their Nico-Team account, you will earn 8% of the profit from the new affiliate’s sales.
– When that new affiliate signs up another person under their referral code, you will earn 4% of the profit from that person’s sales.
4. Unlimited earning Potential: There is no limit to the number of direct Nico-Team affiliates you can sign up, and they can also sign up as many direct affiliates as they desire. This structure provides unlimited earning potential.
Additional Terms:
– Nico-Team reserves the right to modify or terminate the affiliate program at any time.– Fraudulent or abusive practices, including creating multiple accounts, may result in termination of your affiliate account.
– Commissions are subject to verification and may be withheld pending investigation.
